Then, place the shoe box inside a larger, unmarked shipping box to protect it during transit.&nbsp;<strong>Please do not place labels or tape directly on the original shoe box.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ship the Package:<\/strong>&nbsp;Mail your return package to the address provided by our customer service team. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.
